Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for an implementation-focused role within the health plan space in Annapolis. You will collaborate with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather requirements, develop plans, and ensure successful onboarding and execution of projects.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of health insurance implementation and project coordination experience, with strong Excel and Salesforce skills, and a track record of delivering results in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of health insurance implementation experience.
• 1-3 years of project management/coordination experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team regularly.
• Gathers and analyzes client requirements with the plan sponsor team.
• Assists in developing implementation plans with the team.
• Coordinates with internal departments to ensure project execution.
• Acts as primary contact for plan sponsor onboarding and inquiries.
• Facilitates relationships with clients and mentors the implementation team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
