MedImpact, a leading Pharmacy Benefits Manager, seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to lead growth strategies targeting health plan clients. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across the decision funnel, produce thought leadership content, and collaborate with sales, product, and analytics to optimize ROI.

The role requires a deep PBM industry understanding, strong analytical skills, and superior written and verbal communication to engage HR and benefits audiences.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven track record in growth marketing and campaign development.
• Strong written and verbal communication tailored to HR/benefits audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on health plan clients.
• Develop multi-channel campaigns from awareness to retention.
• Analyze market insights to inform strategy and messaging.
• Produce thought leadership content: webinars, blogs, white papers, case studies.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics to optimize campaigns and message consistency.
• Track and report campaign effectiveness with data-driven ROI analysis.
