Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Customer Service Representative to resolve inquiries by phone, fax, email, and other channels regarding benefits, claim payments, and enrollment.

Training begins on hire to become proficient in one line of business. Within 12 months, training for a second line of business will be initiated to cross-functionally support the department, with the initial assignment determined by area of greatest need.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication across voicemail, email, outbound calls and more.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in navigating multiple programs and applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and listening skills.
• Willingness to work occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from customers and partners regarding benefits, claims, and enrollment.
• Provide timely and professional service across multiple channels.
• Maintain privacy and adhere to HIPAA and ORA.
• Assist with cross-functional training and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in meetings and ongoing skill development.
