Job summary

Molina Healthcare seeks a seasoned network contracting leader to guide complex agreements with hospitals, IPAs, and behavioral health providers. You will negotiate, implement, and optimize value-based contracts while supporting network adequacy and regulatory compliance across regions.

You will develop contracts, analyze financial terms, and collaborate with leadership to secure favorable terms and strategic provider relationships. Travel up to 25% within Texas is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in network contracting with large provider groups.
• 3+ years negotiating provider contracts in managed care.
• Familiarity with VBP, FFS, capitation and risk models.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
• Data-driven decision making and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with complex provider groups to secure high-quality network.
• Develop and manage value-based contracts and provider relationships.
• Analyze financial impact of deal terms for executive approvals.
• Maintain and expand provider contracts in contract management systems.
