Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in healthcare payer/health insurance industry.
• Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid processes.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and performing gap analyses.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience developing test scenarios and supporting UAT.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work according to US business hours.
