JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Solutions Associate (Inside Sales) in Healthcare Payments to drive Health Plan and Provider engagement and expand adoption of electronic payments and ERA. You will manage multi-touch campaigns, enroll providers, and partner with payer stakeholders across a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have a college degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns while learning payer/provider

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent phone, email, and Zoom communication.
• Ability to work independently with sound decision-making.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsabilités

• Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to Providers and Health Plans to increase adoption of electronic payments and ERA.
• Build and manage campaign plans with outreach sequencing and follow-up cadence.
• Collaborate with payer organization and internal stakeholders to align on goals and updates.
• Engage stakeholders with a consultative, value-based approach linking product capabilities to outcomes.
• Own end-to-end engagement for assigned campaigns including education and activation steps.
• Develop knowledge of Health Plan payer operations and remittance workflows.
• Deliver a high-trust experience and maintain professionalism in every interaction.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation to support visibility and forecasts.
• Use data to refine messaging and processes; contribute to team playbooks.
