Job summary

JPMorgan Healthcare Payments seeks a Product Solutions Associate (Inside Sales) to broaden our footprint across Health Plan and Provider ecosystems by managing multi-touch call campaigns and supporting adoption of electronic payments and ERA processing through the InstaMed Network.

The role requires a college degree or equivalent experience and a readiness to learn payer/provider workflows in a fast-paced, HIPAA-compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong phone, email, and Zoom communication skills with credibility with operational stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with strong ownership and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute targeted outbound call campaigns to Providers and Health Plans to increase adoption of electronic payments and ERA.
• Build and manage campaign plans with talk tracks and follow-up cadence.
• Partner with Payer teams and internal stakeholders to align goals and track outcomes.
• Engage stakeholders with a consultative approach linking product capabilities to workflow outcomes.
• Own end-to-end engagement for campaigns: outreach, qualification, education, next steps, and adoption.
• Develop working knowledge of payer operations and remittance workflows.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and documentation for visibility and forecasting.
• Contribute reusable content to strengthen team playbooks and onboarding.
