Job summary

QuaverEd, Inc. in Nashville's Music Row area seeks a Project Manager for the Health PE curriculum team. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals, leading cross-team collaboration to bring curriculum products to completion.

Reporting to the Content Program Manager and working with the Director of Health PE Content, you will coordinate with Art, Audio, Video, and Development to maintain quality resources and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of project management experience (Agile a plus).
• Knowledge of health/PE standards or pedagogy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between teams, manage schedules and deadlines.
• Plan and oversee Health PE project workflows.
• Deliver progress reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Art, Audio, Video, and Dev teams.
• Manage docs, workflows, and tasks via Asana, G-Suite, Slack.
• Develop and maintain process handbooks.
• Identify improvements to boost efficiency.
• Foster cross-team relationships through clear communication.
