You will also demonstrate high-level client service, accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism across interactions, with travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in client services or account management.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Able to be on camera for meetings with reliable attendance.
