Job summary

St. Charles Community College (SCC) is seeking a Health Occupations Academic Program Coordinator to lead and oversee Health Occupations programs.

The APC will collaborate with the Director of Customized Solutions & Innovations to ensure program growth, quality, and compliance with standards. The role combines administrative leadership with instructional support, including curriculum alignment, vendor and partner coordination, and data-driven program improvement to advance student success and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related discipline, education, or administration.
• Three years of higher education or workforce development experience.
• Ability to develop partnerships with healthcare employers and community organizations.
• Experience coordinating clinical placements and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and operations of Health Occupations programs.
• Develop course schedules, instructional calendars, and faculty assignments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support program planning, implementation, and improvement.
• Coordinate communication with instructors, healthcare partners, and workforce agencies.
• Collect and analyze program data related to enrollment, completion, and outcomes.
• Assist with preparation of program materials and regulatory documentation.
