The APC role combines administrative and instructional duties, supporting enrollment, credential attainment, and workforce outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Missouri.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare-related discipline, education, business, administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience in higher education, workforce development, or healthcare training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and operations of Health Occupations programs.
• Develop course schedules, instructional calendars, faculty assignments, and operational timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support program planning, implementation, and improvement.
• Coordinate communication with instructors, healthcare partners, workforce agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain program data related to enrollment, credential attainment, and workforce outcomes.
• Assist with preparation of program information, course schedules, reports, and public-facing materials.
• Provide graduate verification and approve completion documentation for designated Health Occupations programs.
