Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Training or similar roles focused on end-user education.
• Background in Training & Development and structured learning programs.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Experience providing technical customer support, preferably in healthcare or software environments.
• Willingness to travel regionally for on-site client training when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver product training to new and existing customers, in-person and virtual sessions.
• Develop clear training materials and customize content for different user groups.
• Answer technical questions and troubleshoot user issues promptly.
