Orion is looking for a Platform Support Associate based in Omaha, NE. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence three days a week. You will handle client inquiries through phone, chat, and case channels, focusing on resolving workflow and platform issues. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and ideally some prior customer service experience.
