Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director in Strategy & Execution – Deal Technology Health to lead value‑creation technology engagements across healthcare IT, focusing on cost optimization and top‑line growth in complex transactions and corporate transformations.

You will work with C‑suite executives, private equity clients, and IT leadership to identify, plan, and execute AI‑enabled strategies that improve patient care, optimize revenue cycles, and streamline enterprise platforms while accelerating digital

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years of experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years.
• Experience in healthcare professional services or health tech IT strategy and advisory.
• Hands-on implementation experience with major EHR platforms and revenue cycle systems.
• Expertise in enterprise or solution architecture for modern platforms and SaaS/cloud-native environments.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and drive cost-efficient growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead value-creation tech projects spanning cost optimization and growth enablement.
• Advise senior stakeholders and collaborate across EY-Parthenon teams to deliver measurable impact.
• Apply AI, cloud, and data analytics to healthcare IT transformations and regulatory considerations.
