Aon is seeking a PEO Underwriter I for our Tampa, FL area. This hybrid role supports PEO and Staffing verticals, with in-office days required in the Tampa region and remote work possible elsewhere in the U.S.

You will underwrite employer-sponsored medical plans for PEO clients and collaborate with carriers to craft quotes. Ideal candidates bring health insurance underwriting experience, strong data analysis, and excellent communication.

Competenze

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Previous underwriting experience, particularly in health insurance or employee benefits.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Assess and underwrite employer-sponsored medical plans for PEO clients.
• Analyze census information, claims experience, and premium history to determine premiums.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to collect data and provide quote recommendations.
• Support the PEO sales team by preparing proposals and responding to client inquiries.
• Work with team members, carriers, and brokers to resolve client challenges.
• Develop and enhance underwriting models and tools to drive efficiency and innovation.
