Qualifications

• Multitasking capability with superb time management.

Responsibilities

• Answering and documenting incoming contacts to determine their nature and respond to complex calls.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by being respectful and thorough.
• Identify and evaluate data to resolve complaints and coordinate service recovery.
