Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Business Consultant to support IFM health insurance product implementation. You will collaborate with Product, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and vendors to translate changes into accurate member-facing documents and operations requirements.

You will help ensure regulatory compliance, support filing activities, validate updates, and coordinate implementation across multiple teams. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 3 years’ experience OR 7 years’ experience in business analysis or health care operations.
• Strong project management, organization, and prioritization skills with clear communication.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and managing stakeholder expectations.

Responsabilités

• Support implementation and maintenance of IFM health insurance products via business analysis and documentation.
• Collaborate with Product, Regulatory, Compliance, Operations, and vendor teams to translate changes into documents and requirements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, assist filing activities, and validate updates across stakeholders.
• Analyze business needs, track initiatives, and help execute projects aligned with divisional goals.
