Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a Lead Business Consultant to serve as a strategic and technical subject matter expert supporting Individual & Family Market health insurance products through benefit configuration, document generation, regulatory filing support, and operational implementation activities.

This role partners with Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Operations, Technology teams, and external vendors to evaluate impacts and ensure compliant member materials and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience OR 11 years in project management, business analysis, process improvement, strategic planning or related healthcare function.
• 4 years of experience leading large and complex multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience coaching and mentoring teams and junior resources.
• Experience communicating with senior management and executives and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and technical subject matter expertise for IFM health insurance products.
• Support benefit configuration, document generation, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with Product, Compliance, Regulatory, Operations, Technology, and external vendors.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, platform enhancements, and document generation solutions.
• Oversee analysis, planning, risk management and implementation for health plan administration processes.
