Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and sell Imperial products using approved scripts.
• Assist broker inquiries and related book of business requests.
• Build relationships beyond scripts and answer member questions.
• Update records and protect PHI while logging enrollments.
• In-field work to cultivate relationships with customers and partners.
