Qualifications

• Active California Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License required.
• AHIP Certification and carrier appointments required or ability to complete before start.
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of successful phone sales experience preferred (insurance/Medicare).

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and growth for California Plans within Medicare market.
• Hit monthly acquisition targets while maintaining CMS, AHIP, and HIPAA compliance.
• Make 80–100 outbound calls daily with 3.0–3.5 hours of talk time using HighLevel CRM and Zoom Dialer.
• Cross-sell Covered California plans and manage a pipeline with CRM notes.
• Onboard clients post-sale and transition to CSR and retention teams.
