Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CAC certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with ACA/Marketplace eligibility, Medicaid, or related programs.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on ACA enrollment and options.
• Conduct ACA education workshops on-site and in the community.
• Document contacts, maintain files, and submit statistics.
• Collaborate with community partners to coordinate services.
• Travel between sites as needed.
