Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation and delivery of Hub initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
• Develop multi‑phase project plans, timelines, and workflows for innovation programming.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with Yale partners and external collaborators.
• Coordinate partnerships, proposals, and documentation for industry and philanthropic supports.
• Provide leadership to students, interns, fellows, and temporary staff.
• Design and maintain operational systems for program delivery and tracking.
• Synthesize insights and report progress to leadership for informed decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of workflows, systems, and engagement strategies.
