Position Highlights
  • Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Radiology
  • Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. ROI
  • Work in a high-volume production environment.
  • Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients, insurance companies, and attorneys.
  • Document information across multiple platforms using dual monitors.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Responsibilities
  • Receive and process requests for patient health information following company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
  • Use company and facility software effectively.
  • Follow the company's code of conduct and policies.
  • Report work issues and fluctuating volumes to management.
  • Assist with additional duties as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with medical privacy regulations and manage patient records securely.
  • Prepare and assemble patient charts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create digital images of paperwork for electronic storage.
  • Respond to internal and external requests for patient records.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls; assist with walk-ins and administrative tasks as required.
  • Meet productivity expectations and manage scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to commute between locations and work overtime during peak seasons.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in medical record documentation.
  • Strong data entry skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in healthcare settings.
  • Previous production or metric-based work experience.
  • Customer service experience, especially in person.
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Willingness to contribute ideas and process improvements.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is $15—$18.32 USD per hour.
