This entry-level position involves processing all release of information (ROI), specifically medical record requests, ensuring timely, accurate delivery and maintaining the highest quality customer service. The associate must safeguard patient privacy, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and authorization protocols.
Pay ranges from $16.61 to $20.29 per hour, depending on location and experience. Post-offer health screenings and vaccinations may be required. This role does not support employment sponsorship.
