Position Highlights
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time
- Location: Saint Paul, MN and Edina, MN

You will:
- Process requests for patient health information following company and facility policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
- Use company and facility software effectively.
- Follow the company's and facility's Code of Conduct and policies.
- Report work issues, site difficulties, or volume fluctuations to your manager.
- Assist with additional duties as required.
- Pay close attention to detail for medical records.
- Apply medical privacy regulations consistently to prevent unauthorized disclosures.
- Manage patient health records securely and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Prepare new patient charts, gather documents from paper or electronic sources.
- Ensure medical records are accurate, complete, and properly assembled.
- Create digital images of paperwork for electronic storage.
- Respond to requests for patient records, retrieve and transmit them appropriately.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and assist with patient walk-ins.
- Perform administrative tasks like handling faxes, mail, and data entry.
- Schedule pickups and assist in training staff.
- Generate reports as directed and participate in project teams.
- Mentor staff for professional development and lead training sessions.
- Report issues or opportunities to senior leadership.
- Participate in onboarding and quality assurance activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 or older
- Ability to commute between locations
- Willing to work overtime during peak seasons
- At least 1 year of health information experience
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

- Have previous experience in production/metrics-based roles
