Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Medical Support and Medical Records departments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Supervise staff, manage schedules, and train team members.
• Coordinate chart processing, filing, scanning, and release of information.
• Prepare reports and monitor metrics for accuracy and timeliness.
