• Experience with release of information practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clerical support in data compilation and file maintenance in HIM.
• Analyze records for chart completion deficiencies and log updates.
• Answer calls and assist visitors while maintaining confidentiality.
• Retrieve, log and print medical records as requested by physicians and staff.
• Assist with other HIM daily functions and training as needed.
