Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• RHIT credential preferred.
• AHIMA ROI/Health Data Literacy credentials preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical records management or related healthcare field.

Responsibilities

• Compiles, processes and maintains medical records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Organizes electronic and paper health records for efficient access and release of information.
• Interprets policies and external requirements related to chart documentation, privacy, and release of information.
