Responsibilities

• Compile, process, and maintain medical records of clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the health care system.
• Perform specialized health information activities necessary to organize, maintain, and use electronic and paper patient health records.
• Interpret and explain policy and external requirements related to chart documentation, privacy, and release of information.

Job Overview

Minimum Requirements

Compensation
