Job summary

Homebase is wherever you are located, with onsite responsibilities. The role requires a Bachelor's in Health Information Management, a valid driver’s license, and 5 years of related experience; RHIA/RHIT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 5 years of related experience are required.
• RHIA or RHIT certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations for HIM Scanning to align with objectives.
• Develops departmental goals and manages staffing, scheduling, payroll, and performance.
• Oversees budgets, contracts, and vendor relations; monitors equipment and supplies.
• Implements secure disposal of PHI and serves as SME for retention/storage inquiries.
• Supports special projects and travels to different regions as needed.
