Good Samaritan Medical Center in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks an experienced Health Information Management leader to drive excellence in patient data operations and HIM services.

The role manages the HIM department and technicians, coordinating with other hospital teams to ensure accurate records, compliant processes, and productive day-to-day operations. RHIT/RHIA preferred; 5+ years HIM management experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• RHIT or RHIA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HIM management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Health Information Management department.
• Manages the HIM technicians.
• Coordinates all HIM operations and works with other departments within the facility.
• Performs job analysis and performance evaluations in all areas supervised.
• Monitors all day-to-day activities with the HIM Department.

Education
