Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HIM or related field required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years HIM experience required with supervisory responsibilities.
• RHIA, RHIT, or CCS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all HIM operations and staff performance.
• Oversee medical record accuracy, coding, and data quality.
• Manage release of information and HIPAA compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate with revenue cycle, compliance, and IT for documentation standards.
