Ascension in Nashville, TN is seeking a detail-oriented data clerical professional to own the health information lifecycle. You will analyze, process, and organize records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

You will audit electronic and manual entries, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate secure release-of-information requests while keeping patients and providers informed. The role supports the medical coding pipeline with essential clerical duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience.
