On-site role in Lynchburg, VA with local travel as needed. Strong attention to detail and privacy protections are essential for timely, compliant information delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (accredited).
• Willingness to travel locally on a weekly basis as needed.
• Proficiency with computers, email, and standard office equipment.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Discretion with sensitive information and ability to stay organized while working quickly.
• Passing annual HIPAA exam and 90-day ROI certification with 85%+.

Responsibilities

• Providing call support and assisting ROI-related inquiries.
• Processing medical record requests accurately and confidentially in compliance with HIPAA.
• Assisting Supervisor with inventory management and priority setting for urgent requests.
• Serving as a subject-matter resource on ROI workflows, EMR navigation, SOPs, and best practices.
• Supporting client and internal escalations with timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Assisting with training and onboarding of new hires, including mentoring.
