Aufgaben

• Retrieve and re-file patient records from all File Room areas.
• Retrieve records for patient care and operations as required by law.
• Prepare documents for shipment of medical records to the State Record Center.
• Coordinate movements of records with hospital departments and the State Record Center.
• Scan medical records and save to USB drive or external storage.
• Print copies and burn to DVD-R as required.
• Maintain medical record confidentiality and handle binders weighing up to 15 pounds.
