Barstow Community Hospital in Barstow, CA, is seeking a Medical Records Clerk to support a centralized records department. Under the Director of Health Information Management, you will perform specialized clerical, data entry/inquiry and reception tasks.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or GED, English proficiency, and preferred medical records experience. Knowledge of HMS and filing systems is a plus; wage is $23.00 to $26.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written English skills required.
• Bilingual desirable.
• Previous medical records experience preferred.
• Proficient with HMS and chart management systems.
