Responsibilities

• Maintains HIPAA at all times.
• Navigate multiple systems/applications to complete charts.
• Works discharge lists daily to ensure all charts are accounted for.
• Preps, Scans, and Analyzes all charts for completeness.
• Quality Checks charts to ensure chart is complete.
• Performs daily maintenance on scan equipment.
• Scans loose chart documents timely.
• Answer phones, process faxes, and waits on customers.
• Send weekly Doctors deficiency letters.
• Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
