The Judge Group is seeking a Health Informatics Specialist III in the United States to bridge IT and clinical operations. The role focuses on designing future-state workflows, leveraging Epic, and aligning system integrations with clinical needs.

Candidates should have a nursing or clinical informatics background, 5+ years in healthcare operations, and 3+ years in informatics, with implementation and change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between IT and clinical, nursing, provider, and operational teams.
• Analyze current workflows and design future-state workflows using Epic and other technology solutions.
• Identify workflow gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead and support clinical and non-clinical technology implementations.
• Collaborate with application teams to ensure workflow and system integration alignment.
• Assess impact of technology changes on clinical workflows and adoption.
• Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder communications.
• Develop risk/benefit analyses and recommendations.
• Support system downtime and EHR reconciliation activities.
• Analyze data and data quality to support decision-making and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, billing, quality, and data standards.
• Assist with audits, quality reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Develop training materials and provide end-user education.
• Support nursing research, evidence-based practice, and informatics education.

Required Experience
