Infirmary Health is seeking a Clinical Informaticist to collaborate with a team of professionals guiding the Clinical Informatics functions across IH. You will translate clinical and operational data into actionable insights to improve quality outcomes and system-wide efficiency.
The role requires a nursing or informatics background, at least 2 years in nursing and 2 years in industry/IT, plus demonstrated leadership and strong communication.
Collaborate with a team of Clinical Informaticists responsible for providing strategic direction for the Clinical Informatics functions such as implementation, support, and optimization of clinical applications and workflows across Infirmary Health (IH). Serves as a strategic partner and liaison between nursing, clinical, and IT leadership to translate clinical and operational data into actional insight that drives quality outcomes and system-wide efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in nursing or informatics
Minimum 2 years’ experience in nursing
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in industry/IT
Proven leadership or management experience
Demonstrates written, interpersonal, or communication skills as appropriate to position
Strong understanding of clinical processes and terminology
Proficient with EHR systems
One of the following:
Epic Clinical Informaticist within 90 days of placement into position

Master’s degree in nursing or informatics
Experience in clinical consultation of workflow analysis or process design
Experience supporting healthcare technology
Advanced working knowledge of national and regional nursing-sensitive indicators and quality benchmarks (i.e. NDNQI, CMS, The Joint Commission)
Epic Clinical Informaticist
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple projects
