Job summary

Watson Clinic LLP seeks a Clinical Informatics Support professional in Lakeland, FL. You will support the Clinical Informatics Director/Assistant Director and provide system support to physicians and staff, including retraining and workflow reviews. Qualifications

• Provide support to Clinical Informatics Director/Assistant Director
• Provides system support to physicians and support staff to include: retraining, problem identification and work flow review. Provides physician training.
• Builds supporting documents from specs and outlines provided by physicians/clinical staff following departmental standards and guidelines.
• Analyzes workflow and determines the best methods for automating the office processes.
• Responsible for the testing and implementation plan for all upgrades related to the EHR. Assists with application and integrated system testing.
• Maintains the EHR system related to record updates and overall system functionality.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

Required Education And Experience

• High school graduate. Two-year degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but not required.

• One year experience in an Ambulatory setting.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology.
