Telligen is seeking a Lead Health Informatics Solutions Coordinator to provide operational support to national-scale programs, collaborating across teams to design and develop products and services that drive contract deliverables.

You will help lead a team, assign tasks, develop processes, coach staff, and ensure documentation, client management, and project execution meet or exceed requirements in a CMS contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business, Information Systems, health care, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years’ experience in health informatics or related field.
• 2–3 years’ client management experience managing client expectations.
• 3–5 years’ experience leading professional or support staff.
• Experience with health-related systems and corporate systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with database applications, data trending, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of data collection techniques and basic data analysis.
• Active EUA ID and security requirements for CMS access.
• Some contracts require US Citizenship.

Responsabilités

• Provide operational support to programs and ensure timeliness and quality.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and provide status updates.
• Give directions to teams and resolve issues to customer satisfaction.
• Research and resolve issues and ensure customer-facing outcomes.
• Create, review, and distribute documentation with compliance focus.
• Manage client needs analysis and client relationships daily.
