Job summary

The Postgraduate Center for Mental Health seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee the Care Coordination Team and ensure Medicaid compliance, billing integrity, and HIPAA-aligned documentation. You will lead administrative and clinical supervision, drive quality improvement, and collaborate with leadership to meet Health Home goals.

This full-time role requires 4+ years directing services for populations with serious mental illness in Medicaid settings, with strong communication and staff

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW).
• Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and supervise staff.
• 4 years of experience supervising services for Medicaid recipients with chronic medical/mental health issues; knowledgeable about Health Home regulations.

Responsibilities

• provides clinical and administrative supervision to Care Coordinators to monitor performance and coach staff
• staff recruitment and hiring
• assesses staff skill levels and develops individualized training plans
• tracks staff activities including outreach, intake, assessment, service planning, referrals and linkages
• develops performance improvement plans and manages disciplinary processes
• writes and delivers performance appraisals
• conducts quality assurance reviews for HIPAA-compliant documentation
• oversees care management through case conferences, field visits, and client calls
• monitors billing processes and ensures monthly submissions
