Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in the area or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates and manages the execution of assigned ASU Health events, including in-person, virtual and hybrid events.
• Manages event timelines, logistics and run-of-show documents to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Develops and manages event registration processes and attendee communications.
• Coordinates event technology, venues, vendors and post-event data.
