Job summary

The role requires strong writing and communication skills, plus experience in data management and reporting to funders and leadership. Some travel to community partners may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Three years of experience in a health care setting.
• 3–5 years in community health, equity, diversity, and inclusion, and/or wellness preferred.
• Project Management Professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch impactful programs advancing health equity and community well-being.
• Own project execution from conception through completion with timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate team meetings, mentor staff, and supervise as needed.
• Develop data collection tools, manage databases, and report metrics.
• Engage stakeholders and communicate progress to leadership; prepare reports and proposals.
• Support strategic planning with goals, objectives, and budgets.
