CuraLinc is seeking a Health Educator to join our Chicago-based team. You will deliver health education, review biometric screening results with participants, and maintain accurate session records while using coaching software to track outcomes.

Qualifications

• Trained in coaching competencies, theories, and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (master’s degree preferred).
• NBC-HWC certification preferred or obtainable within 18 months of hire.
• Experience in clinical health education, weight loss management, nutrition, tobacco cessation, stress management, and physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of biometric screening markers; review results with participants over the phone.
• Deliver health information and education on lifestyle factors affecting health indicators.
• Document sessions and maintain accurate records.
• Accurate reporting and auditing of sessions and outcomes.
• Use coaching software to manage member information and track activity/outcomes.
• Learn and apply coaching methodologies and best practices.
• Participate in training and apply new knowledge.
• Collaborate with Health Educators to share insights and improve outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
