Job summary

CuraLinc is seeking a Health Educator to deliver tailored health coaching and health education to a diverse client base across phone, email, video, and in person.

You will develop SMART goals with members, participate in outreach activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive engagement and program success. Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred, with a focus on wellness and education.

Qualifications

• Trained in coaching competencies, theories, and methodologies.
• Experience speaking in front of live and remote audiences for an extended period.
• Preferred or bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Able to design health education presentations and programs.

Responsibilities

• Health Education: Develop tailored one-on-one health coaching via phone, email, video, and in person.
• Health Promotion: Assist in ongoing health promotion, including classes and webinars.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with clients and partners; measure program effectiveness.
