Job summary

Qualifications

• Create, develop and update educational materials for multiple lines of business.
• Work with Marketing, Compliance and Clinical Management for approvals.
• Monitor health literacy, grammar and content quality in materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and update educational material and letters for all Triple-S lines of business.
• Coordinate attestation of materials by medical advisors.
• Ensure materials meet compliance, grammar, and health literacy standards.
• Process requisitions for printed educational material within budget.
• Evaluate materials from reliable sources and coordinate approvals.
• Prepare reports on creation and updates of materials and letters.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of approved materials.
