Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.
• Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products.
• Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements to align with defined business objectives and best practices.
• Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams.
• Design proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions to drive revenue growth.
