Job summary

WTW is seeking a Health and Benefits Senior Analyst to contribute to the design, financing and management of health and benefit programs. You will support project managers, interface with vendors and clients, create client deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in professional services, ideally in a benefit consulting/brokerage or health underwriting/actuarial function
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality results on time and within budget
• Strong client service orientation and timely communication
• Proven ability to identify and resolve issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter, able to work independently and in a team
• Strong analytical, creative and integrative skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining
• Pursuit of CEBS designation or related training encouraged

Responsibilities

• Partner with client service team leader to deliver superior project management
• Provide client service for day-to-day issues (eligibility, coverage, claims, compliance)
• Prepare for client meetings (agendas, materials, resources)
• Support vendor procurement, implementation and optimization activities
• Provide benefit enrollment support (materials, policy info, system updates)
• Contribute to reports and admin actions (Form 5500 filings, policy checking, monthly reports)
• Support plan analysis, design, cost savings and funding strategies
• Review client deliverables for alignment with objectives and standards
• Assist benchmarking studies and value-added analyses
• Analyze and compare vendor products, services and contracts
• Build internal relationships and collaborate cross-functionally
