Wipro Limited is seeking a Senior Consultant – Healthcare System Analyst focused on payer systems in Woodland Hills, California. The candidate will analyze healthcare processes, including eligibility, enrollment, pricing, claims adjudication, and billing, while leveraging Facets platform knowledge and full-stack SQL/.NET skills.

Role requires 5–8 years of experience in HC Payor systems, strong data troubleshooting, and ability to work with business and technical teams to deliver production-ready

Qualifications

• Technical system analyst with healthcare process flow knowledge (eligibility & enrollment, provider contracts, claims adjudication, billing, appeals).
• Technical understanding of SQL and .NET – full stack preferable.
• Experience with Facets platform from a developer perspective – data models, architecture, and process flows.

Responsibilities

Role: Healthcare System Analyst – Payer Systems

Job Description

• 1 – A technical system analyst with good understanding of the healthcare process flow – Eligibility & Enrollment – Provider contract pricing – Claims adjudication – Billing – Appeals and Grievances


• 2 – Technical understanding of Sql and Dot net – full stack preferable


• 3 – knowledge of Facets platform from a developer point of view – i.e. data models, architecture, and process flow


• 4 – Good experience in working with Business and technical teams to prepare system requirements and Technical and functional documents.


• 5 – We should focus on finding ones with hands‑on Facets systems analyst experience, including with deep benefits + claims knowledge, strong data troubleshooting ability, and clear ownership of real production issues.

Mandatory Skills: HC - Payor.Experience: 5-8 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 . Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
